首次遭遇版权检查以及应对
代购Justhost到现在不算长，也算卖掉了不少个，至少是超过我个人的预期的。其中有不少是做仿牌的朋友呵呵，这里先要谢谢你们的支持，不过你们的网站确实是属于在美国那边比较忌讳的东西，内容上也相当的敏感，因此，我一直担心容易遇到版权审查然后导致封站，果不其然，这两天还真的遇到了某朋友的网站因为UGG的问题而被暂停使用。具体的邮件内容如下：
Your account was suspended due to the following complaint received:
Our firm represents Deckers Outdoor Corporation (“Deckers”) in intellectual property matters. Deckers is known in the trade as UGG Australia and owns the UGG trademark for footwear, clothing, outerwear, bags, and other goods. UGG is a registered trademark in the United States (U.S. Reg. No. 3,050,925), Europe, and more than 70 other countries around the world. Deckers maintains a website at <uggaustralia.com> where genuine UGG® goods are sold using its UGG trademark, including UGG sheepskin boots.
Our investigation indicates that your company is acting as the web host for <2uugg.com>. Our investigation also suggests that the <2uugg.com> site is being used to sell or facilitate sales of counterfeit UGG goods from China and/or other foreign countries to consumers in the U.S. Deckers has not authorized the use of its UGG trademark on the webpage located at <2uugg.com>, and these uses therefore infringe Deckers’ UGG trademark registrations. These counterfeit sales also violate multiple U.S. laws, including Title 15 of the United States Code. 15 U.S.C. §1117(c) calls for statutory damages of up to $2,000,000 for sales of counterfeit goods.
Under penalty of perjury, Deckers has a good faith belief that use of the UGG mark at <2uugg.com> infringes the rights of Deckers’ UGG trademark registrations, and that the use of the UGG mark at <2uugg.com> is not defensible.
简单的说，就是UGG是UGGAustralia公司的注册商标，而其他公司是无权使用、销售带有UGG商标的商品的。所以，根据相关的法律，对这个销售UGG的网站实施暂停，账号停权处罚。
当然，网站违规并不代表账号就被彻底删除了。在收到这样的邮件后，我们跟Justhost方面写了email说明，要求暂时解除账号的锁定以方便清除违规的信息。Justhost也很迅速的回复并且恢复了账号的使用：
Your account has been unsuspended, please remove the site within 6 hours to avoid further suspension.
给了我们6小时的时间来清除违规信息。
那个做仿牌的朋友很配合的删除了网站，解除了域名的绑定。这样，这个账号因版权违规信息遭到停权的处理就暂时告一段落了。
不过，虽然处理起来并不麻烦，但是毕竟还是会导致一定的麻烦，并且相应的，网站也不可能再继续放在这里了，需要转移了，所以说，仿牌在国外，尤其是美国的空间还是有一定的危险的，大家选购的时候要谨慎行事，切不要单单只是为了贪图便宜。
